An exhibit booth at the SVP Annual Meeting puts your products and services in front of the largest gathering of professional paleontologists and students from around the globe. Meet face-to-face with experts who use your products in the field, the office and the classroom.

Exhibitor Fees
The exhibitor fee includes one 6' x 30" draped and skirted table and two chairs, one complimentary full registration with access to sessions and social functions, and one complimentary Exhibits Only badge. Additional Exhibits Only badges are available for purchase. Registration materials will be sent under separate cover.

SVP Member:	$300 per table
Nonmember:	$300 per table

Assignment of Space
SVP headquarters will assign exhibit space on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibit Space
Due to space constraints your booth must be contained to a 6' x 30" table (or a larger area if you purchase multiple tables). DUE TO FIRE REGULATIONS VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLACE MATERIALS ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THEIR DISPLAY OR AROUND THE PERIMETER. No exceptions will be allowed. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation of Exhibit Space
To avoid a $100 administration fee, cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, July 10, 2009. Cancellations received after Friday, July 10, 2009 will not be refunded.

SVP Exhibit Policies

The sale of fossils at the SVP Annual Meeting is strictly prohibited as outlined in the SVP Ethics Statement. Exhibitors found to be selling fossils will be immediately removed from the premises with no refund of their exhibit fees. Exhibitors displaying literature for any company or individuals selling fossils will be required to remove such materials or leave the exhibit floor.
Displays may not be placed on the walls of the exhibit area.
Exhibit tables cannot be shared by two separate vendors.
Information on phone lines, electrical service and audio/visual equipment will be sent to you under separate cover.
Exhibitors are responsible for making their exhibit accessible to persons with disabilities as required by the American Disabilities Act and shall hold SVP harmless from any consequences of exhibiting companies who fail in this regard.
An Exhibitor Index will be provided in the onsite registration packet listing the SVP 2009 exhibitors. The index will list all exhibiting companies contracted by September 14, 2008 and will include a description of your display as well as a floor plan with your table location.
SVP will provide general area security guard service from the beginning of set up through dismantling. Furnishing of this service is not to be construed to be any assumption of obligation or duty with respect to the protection of the property of the exhibitors, which shall at all times be the sole responsibility of each exhibitor.
Shipping instructions will be sent with your confirmation letter.

Liability
It is agreed that the exhibitors shall assume all responsibility for any loss, damage or injury they shall have or cause and they shall indemnify and hold harmless the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology and the University of Bristol and their directors, officers, representatives, agents, members or employees from all liability due to injury, loss or damage which may ensue, for whatever cause. SVP reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of applications.
